A powerful series of tornadoes spawned across Alabama, Georgia and Florida over the weekend. Among the hardest hit was Lee County, Alabama, where an EF4 devastated the community.

These tornadoes affected a wide area across several states, and it takes enormous effort to respond quickly. Geomni has been actively flying over the areas impacted by the eight tornadoes that touched down in Alabama, Georgia and Florida in an effort to help support the recovery and restoration process. A band of powerful tornadoes touched down across the Southeast. Lee County, Alabama saw the most devastation after an EF4 tornado struck, and apparently saw back-to-back tornadoes within the span of one hour. Many residents had as little as a five-minute warning before the first tornado swept through.
